How to Add Your Downloadable PDF
Enabling this feature is incredibly simple and can be done from the Advanced Editor. This is a premium feature available to all Pro and Business plan users.
Step 1: Go to the Advanced Editor
From your main dashboard, find the flipbook you want to edit and click the "Edit" button. On the main editor page, look for the "Advanced Features Editor" button and click it to access more settings.
Step 2: Find the "PDF Copy for Download" Section
In the "Quick Advanced Settings" tab, scroll down until you find the fieldset labeled PDF Copy for Download. This is your control center for this feature.
Step 3: Upload Your PDF File
Click the "Browse" or "Choose File" button, select the PDF file from your computer that you want to make available for download, and click the "Upload PDF" button. The system will handle the rest!
What Your Readers Will See
Once you've uploaded the file, a "Download PDF" button will automatically appear in the info panel of your flipbook viewer. When a reader clicks it, they will be able to easily save the PDF copy to their device.
An Important Note on Interactivity
The downloadable file is a standard, static PDF. Any interactive elements you've added in the Fflipp editor—such as video hotspots, audio clips, text blocks, and links—are part of the online flipbook experience and will not be included in the downloaded PDF.
