How to Re-Order and Delete Pages in Your Flipbook

Have you ever created a multi-page document, only to realize after uploading that two pages are in the wrong order? Or perhaps you need to remove an outdated page from a catalog? In the past, this meant going back to your original design software, making the changes, and re-exporting and re-uploading the entire file. It was a slow and frustrating process.

With Fflipp, you have the power to manage your pages directly, saving you time and effort. Welcome to the Page Manager!

Your Flipbook, Your Rules

Our intuitive Page Manager is an advanced tool designed to give you full control over your flipbook's structure. In this quick tutorial, we'll show you exactly how to unleash your creativity and perfect your layout.

How to Use the Page Manager

Perfecting your flipbook's flow has never been easier. The Page Manager is a premium feature available on our Pro and Business plans.

Step 1: Access the Page Manager

To get started, navigate to your Fflipp dashboard and click "Edit" on the flipbook you wish to modify. From the main editor, click the button to go to the "Advanced Features Editor." You will find a tab labeled "Manage Pages". Clicking this will open the Page Manager interface.

Step 2: Re-Order Pages with Drag & Drop

Inside the Page Manager, you'll see a grid of all your flipbook's pages, each with a small drag handle (::) on the top-left. The process is simple:

  • Click and hold the drag handle on any page.
  • Drag the page to its new position in the sequence.
  • Once you're happy with the new order, click the "Save New Order" button.

That's it! Fflipp will instantly update your flipbook with the new page sequence. All your existing hotspots and interactive elements will automatically be re-mapped to the correct new page numbers.

Step 3: Safely Delete a Page

Need to remove a page completely? Each page card in the Page Manager has a "Delete" button.

  • Simply click the "Delete" button on the page you wish to remove.
  • A confirmation prompt will appear to prevent accidental deletions. This is a permanent action.
  • Confirm your choice, and the page will be removed. All subsequent pages will be automatically re-numbered.

Take Full Control of Your Content

The Page Manager is designed to make your workflow faster and more flexible. Stop letting your original file's page order dictate your story. Take control with Fflipp and ensure your content is always fresh, updated, and exactly the way you want it.
