• Invite colleagues to work together on the same flipbook
• Protect premium business features while enabling meaningful collaboration

Team Flipbooks delivers exactly that — keeping things easy, low-cost, and tailored for individuals and small creative teams.

How It Works

Available only to Business Subscription users, here's the straightforward flow:

1. Invite up to 6 team members — Head to your dashboard → Open the Profile Drop-down Menu → Manage Team → Invite up to 6 members by email. They accept and join instantly.
2. Share specific flipbooks with the team — Toggle "Share with Team" on any flipbook you want everyone to access. Only team-shared flipbooks appear for members.
3. Collaborate with clear boundaries — Team members can edit using the basic editor (text changes, layout tweaks, etc.). They can also use Email Cards and add Ambient Effects to team-shared flipbooks, and view full analytics including Geo-analytics. However, advanced editing (adding images, captions, video embeds, etc.) is restricted to the owner only — premium power stays protected.
4. Revoke access anytime — Remove a team member with one click — they immediately lose access to all your team-shared flipbooks.

Ownership never changes: the flipbook remains 100% yours. Team members get just enough access to contribute — nothing more.
